National Ski Patrol
(Eastern Michigan Region)

What does it take to become National Ski Patroller?  There is no mold. There are however some common traits that all patrollers share.  National Ski Patrol members are people with a strong desire to help others, to learn emergency techniques, to improve their skiing and snowboarding skills and to enhance the safety and enjoyment of snow sports for all.  If this sounds like something you would like to volunteer for and be a part of then contact your local ski area to learn more about what you need to do to join.
