MDSC MeetingsThe MDSC holds Delegate Meetings at least once each month to disseminate important information to the member clubs. Delegates, or recognized representatives from each club are invited to attend the meetings and take part in guiding the future of the Council for the betterment of their club. Meetings are held at

Meetings start at 7:30 p.m.
and typically last an hour - everyone is welcome to attend
but only recognized Delegates may vote on any issues. We
meet in a private room and a cash bar is available, or you
can show up earlier and enjoy some great pizza!
Regular meetings of the Council are held on the first Tuesday
of each month, January through December.
